For customers who only want "Assistance" in carrying out their own form of
project delivery. We provide a skilled individual, capable of developing the
construction schedule, providing pre-bid meetings with contractors, provide
pre-award conferences, track progress, and provide guidance to the owner when
schedule or quality of work is not being met. In this type of delivery method
it's easiest to think of your "Construction Manager" as an additional member of
your permanent staff for the duration of the project. The owner has all the
contracts with the contractors and therefore has all the responsibility of
executing those contracts.
